Bring the Family:
December 2nd, 9:00am–1:00pm

Join us on the morning of December 2nd! Festivities begin at 9:00am, with a guided nature hike for the whole family. At 10:00am, local artists will lead adults in making greenery arrangements, while kids make seasonal crafts. Santa arrives at 11:00am for story time, holiday carols, and pictures! There will be hot cocoa, coffee, muffins and treats for all. “Santa’s Workshop” aka gift shop will be open and poinsettias will be for sale at the event, as well as throughout the weekend in the Visitor Center.

Tickets are $10/members and $12/non-members, children 1 and under are free. Purchase tickets online at or call 410-827-6694. Poinsettias can be ordered online to be picked up December 2–3:

This annual fundraiser supports our growing environmental education programs and summer camp scholarships. Last year we raised over $3,000 and we hope to top that this year, with your support. Hope to see you there and happy holidays!

Families create beautiful holiday swags (greenery arrangements), guided by local artists from the Kent Island Federation of Arts.
