Please read the information below carefully. Contact CBEC at 410.827.6694 should you have any questions or concerns.

This Rental Request Form and a $50 deposit must be submitted within 10 business days of scheduling a rental with CBEC to hold your rental date(s). Please read detailed Rental Information below. Please be respectful of the facilities; renting party is financially responsible for any damages incurred during event. By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the above statement.

  • Must be a member to rent the facility. Annual memberships can be purchased online or by calling CBEC.
  • $50 non-refundable deposit to hold date
  • Center hours, open at 9am. Event must conclude by 10pm. Center must cleared by 11pm

We can provide a list of recommended event planners, caterers, and rental companies, upon request.
